• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not provide breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken English, Spanish, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our farmhouse is situated in a quite area.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide for you linens and towels too.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one apartment has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, only the taverna is a non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a television but we do not have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not but for emergency you can use our private one.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning. The houses are constructed in stone and remain fresh naturally.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, on the ground floor of "Il Loggiato".
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a swimming pool 6x12 mt. It is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park your car directly in front of the houses of our property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or in Fornaci di Barga.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you can find a lovely small market in the village of Filecchio called "Primo Pierantoni".
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 130km, Siena 140km and Pisa 60km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Filecchio is a small village, but in Fornaci di Barga (1km from the Agriturismo) you can find every kind of shop, and Barga is the cultural/artistic center of the area.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa is the nearest airport, but also from Florence airport is easy to reach us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can provide for you a taxi service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Filecchio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Fornaci di Barga.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We can prepare a typical dinner once a week in the taverna on the first floor of "il Loggiato".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
