By Plane
The International airport of Florence is only one and a half hours away from the farmhouse and it accepts internal flights from other places in Italy as well. From the airport you can rent a car and follow the instruction below, it is around 135 km to the farmhouse.
By Train
To arrive by train you have to get to the nearest train station of Chiusi-Chianciano Terme which is on the Milan-Rome line. From the station you can take a public bus (Lfi or Train lines) and you have to get off at Bivio di San Biagio. The bus stop is only 600 mt fromour property. You have to go straight Via di Valardegna and you will see Agriturismo Ardene.
By Car
From A1 highway - exit at "Valdichiana" if coming from Florence or at "Chiusi-Chianciano Terme" if coming from Rome. In both cases follow the signs to Montepulciano.
From Florence airport take the A11 Rome for 8km, this then becomes the A1 follow in direction of Rome and take exit of Bettolle after about 113km, continue onto the SS327 then continue on the SP17 Close to Gracciano and then pass Montepulciano. Turn right Via dell'Acquapuzzola and after 0.6 km turn right again on Via di Fonte Al Vescovo; you have to go straight for 0.7 km until you will see on your right Via di Valardegna. |
