• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 9pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included only for people that are staying in one of the two independent rooms and it's an Italian breakfast with fresh juice, coffee, milk, tea, croissant, toast, bread, jam, yogurt and home-made pies.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  It depends on the apartment you are staying, it could be on the second or third and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are very private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking, you can smoke only outdoors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the owners house there is a TV room with a satellite television set.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning, but temperatures tend to be very mild all over the year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we do have a swimming pool and it is open the whole summer (from June to September).
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is an open air parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent one in any of the main cities around here, Lucca, Pistoia or Firenze.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The closest one are 12km away, in Bagni di Lucca.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The closest one are at 12km away, in Bagni di Lucca.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze 80 km, Siena 135 km and Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Bagni di Lucca, 12 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa, 60 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have one.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bagni di Lucca.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Fornoli - Bagni di Lucca.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are two restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine nearby the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot. You can use the connection from the owners' office.
