The Casine is an antique apartment that has been completely renovated. It is located in a beautiful area with panoramic views and surrounded by chestnuts trees and the hill of Prato Fiorito.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a spacious dining and living room with a huge panoramic window that looks over the valley.
On first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There are other three rooms that you can use in different ways.
Next to the building there is a shaded barbecue area with a wood-fired oven and a dining table. The double rooms of this apartment can also be rented separately. The parking is 300 mt. |
 Apartment La Torretta - 80 mē, sleeps 3:
The Torretta, or little tower, is a historical building that has been completely refurbished with original materials and techniques. It enjoys a beautiful view, overlooking over our swimming pool and the roofs of the village.
On the ground floor you will find the "tavern", a wine cellar that stands next to a wood-fired stove. It's an ideal spot to chat, read and listen to music.
On the first floor there is a living room with a small kitchen and a fireplace. On the other two mezzanine floors there are two bedrooms: a double and a single and a bathroom with a shower, all of them with an amazing view of the valley. The parking is 400 mt. |
 Double Room La Camera delle Guardie - 35mē, sleeps 2: a double room with an en-suite bathroom with shower. It is in the same building as the La Torretta apartment and it has an independent entrance. The room has a breathtaking view of the valley and over the swimming pool.Its name comes from the Casa delle Guardie (the Guard House), a medieval construction that used to host the guards of the Casoli's Castle. Part of its original structure is still visible.

 Double Room La Camera delle Fate - 35mē, sleeps 2: a double room with private bathroom with shower. This room is in the same building as the La Torretta apartment and has an independent entrance. It gives stunning views of the valley and the swimming pool. The room is named from an old legend that the village of Casoli, that held fairs or "fate" to welcome the pilgrims on their journey. The parking is 400 mt. |
 Double Room Camera delle Rondini - 35mē, sleeps 2: a double room with en-suite bathroom with shower. It is in the same building as the "Le Casine" apartment. At the ground floor of the building there is a small lounge with a wide panoramic window with view of the valley where it is possible to have breakfast and relax.

It is in the same building as the La Torretta apartment and it has an independent entrance.

Apartment La Vecchia Quercia - 135 mē, sleeps 7:
Il Castello and La Torretta Apartments can also be rented together. Thank to a door that connect them, big family can have a wonderful stay.
Apartment has 2 independent entrances, on the ground floor there is a living room with a small kitchen and a fireplace. On the first floor there is a single room on the second floor there are three bedrooms two of them with a breathtaking view of the valley and over the swimming pool.
