we were late arriving but there was a note left on the door for us and the staff, when we meet them the next day were very nice and helpful

The pool was the highlight of our stay for our two girls. It was much better for us to stay just outside Florence than expect our 5 and 7 year old to enjoy staying in the city. But we did get in fairly often (one whole day by myself!)and Florence was beautiful.

A peaceful and convenient location perfect for exploring Florence and Tuscany. More affordable and relaxing than comparable options closer to the tourist sights in the city. The children will remember the pool and we will remember Florence.

Better directions from centre of town to Bellavista are needed for car drivers as
the diagram does not show landmrks clearly.

the people are wonderful, the pool is open till 11 pm and is lighted. this was the most wonderful part of the stay. my children swam with their friends just till bedtime.
we loved bella vista and would give it a 100+

We arrived late and a welcoming letter and the key were provided. The receptionist arrived a little later than promised the next morning but she was very friendly and helpful.
Although there are signs in Incisa pointing you in the right direction they are easy to miss, partly because there are so many signs for other, competing locations.

Again the manager showed up later than expected which delayed our departure by approx. 30 min. We had some other plans for this day and we had to return to the airport so this delay was somewhat irritating.

I believe that Agriturismo Bellavista provides only the bare minimum of essentials that one uses during a one-week stay. I would have welcomed if more than one roll of toilet tissue had been provided or if the salt and pepper shaker had been filled. It does not make sense for the average visitor to buy these items, usually in much larger quantities than needed and throw them out after a short stay.

The location is very idyllic and quiet. I would recommend staying in one of the larger appartments which appear to be equipped better. The Agriturismo Bellavista is very well suited for exploration of the Toscana. It is easy to reach Florence by train or explore other attractions by car.

There is not enough privacy at the terras near other accommodations.
Not enough kitchensupplies and room furnitures.
Bathroom is to small and the shower is very bad and not clean.
