 Laundry-room is furnished with washing and drying machines; necessary to iron; necessary to hang out wash.
There is a games room that offers:
billiards - darts - ping-pong - football table
dispenser of hot/cold drinks and ice cream
We also have a great hall, a sort of "gathering room", with tourist magazines and books in English and Italian, with a big television with satellite Sky channels (English / Italian), and with ADSL Internet connection (currently available only by those who bring with them their laptop). |
 It is also possible to buy here products like: extra-virgin olive oil, wine, honey and eggs.
It is also possible to book and choose amongst several kinds of guided tours (in Florence and the surroundings). |
Swimming pool: The farm owns a private swimming pool (meters 8 x 16) situated in a very beautiful position overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is open from June to September. |
Facilities Outside the Estate |
Very interesting the proximity of the International Centre of studies of Loppiano.
In general: in "Incisa Val d'Arno" (at 1,5 km from our property) you can find any kind of shops (banks, chemist, petrol stations, railway station, buses, taxi service, restaurants, typical tuscany "trattorie", pizzerias). Tennis courts and riding are only 2 kms far from our farmhouse. Typical restaurants are available starting from only 1,5 Km from the farmhouse. |
