My party and I were welcomed into the home of the villa's owner where we completed our registration details. The host was extremely helpful and gracious.

It is not always possible to obtain the correct impression from internet images, so my friends and I were delighted with the overall accommodation layout and magnificent views. We all had a wonderful stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the property to friends.

We did not exactly check out as we had already paid the bill at the Garden Hotel for the accommodation. Maids were on hand to take over the accommodation.

As my friends and myself enjoy listening to music, we were a little disappointed to find there was no CD player. This was our only negative comment, otherwise we had more than enough comforts in the villa.

I would describe the villa and the location as being idyllic. Peaceful and serene, a fantastic pool and the views were to die for. Highly recommended.

As there is no real reception at the property we didn't really know where to go and which driveway to use - better signposts would be useful.

The entire villa complex was outstanding (quiet, stunning views) and we would love to return. Luisa and her family were extremely helpful. Otherwise just a few issues with villa Limonaia - the electricity would go out every time we used the toaster, a longstanding (& a bit annoying) problem i think. A microwave would have been useful. Lightshades in living room contained lots of dead moths which burned when the lights were on, just needed a clean, as well as under the sofa cushions.

I don't think the website mentioned that it had a bath (imp. for familes with small children).

A superb villa complex, so quiet but great to be able to gather around the pool with other families in the afternoon. The views over the vineyard were beautiful, as good as anywhere in Tuscany.

Exactly the kind of place you'd love to enjoy a holiday in. The landscape, the people, the residence and the whole of tuscany experience.. great. 5 minutes away from Siena, yet right in the country side. perfect.

Overall very good. The villa was excellent and well equipped. A little more written information in the villa would have been helpful about local tourist facilites and what to do if there is a problem eg local doctor and chemist. Our electricity went off twice but was fixed fairly quickly.

We did not check out as there were no staff around. We did not know what to do so left the key in the door.
