• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Room number 5 has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms have no balcony.

  Yes, all rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, there is no swimming pool.

  Florence is at about 70 kms,Siena at 100 kms,Pisa at about 20 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa International is the closest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do organize pickup service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at 100 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca station is about 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No animals are not welcomed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property. Plenty of them are closeby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we do have Wi-fi connection.
