By Car: Upto Piombino (Livorno) and then by ferry-boat to Portoferraio.Duration of the crossing, 1 hour.
By Train: Upto Massa Marittima along the line Genova-Roma where the connection to Piombino Porto is always available. The train stops just near the ferry-boats and hydrofoils (20 minutes crossing from Piombino to Portoferraio). |
