• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast offers sweet, home made cakes, fresh chees and ham and also eggs and bacon. Tea, coffe and hot chocolate like drinks, such us orange juyce.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  At check-in or check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground and first floor without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms face on a big solarium terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have the air conditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have 2 swimming pools open from the 1st of May until the 10th of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a free parking in the garden area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a rent a car only 40 minutes from the property or you can rent a car in Siena or at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In San Giovanni d'Asso, 1 Km from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze: km 100
  Siena: km 35
  Pisa: km 190
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Giovanni d'Asso that is located 1 km from the property.

  Firenze, km 130.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  Closed to the hotel.
